Founders of The Co-Co saw a need in their community for women at all stages of their careers to have a place to work, collaborate, and network. Just as their business was starting to blossom, the pandemic hit; and like many other businesses in 2020, they had to find a new way to serve and connect their clients.

The pandemic wound up benefiting The Co-Co in ways they hadn't imagined: offering collaboration and networking events virtually, and finding new and inventive ways to help women thrive.
