Clark Payan is Chief Executive Officer of the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of California. The 100+ year old trade association is focused as a member resource to promote, protect and perpetuate independent insurance brokers and agents in California to ensure they provide valuable expertise for California insurance consumers. A graduate of Eastern Illinois University, Clark has more than 40 years of experience in the insurance industry, including roles in an insurance agency, an insurance company, and the trade association.
