With over 20 years specializing in human resources, strategic planning, change management, reward programs, large-scale relationship management and client development, I have a proven track record of success in many facets of business. The majority of my career has been spent providing consultative support to Fortune 500 companies. My practical experience and achievements span multiple industries including, but not limited to, finance, healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, technology and transportation.
Highly adaptive with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, I know how to build exceptional teams and inspire them to do great things. While leading Mercer's third-largest U.S. operation, I recruited new talent, restructured the business and helped drive a 45% increase in revenue in just three years. I have also helped develop new offerings at several companies and spearheaded numerous commercial innovations. In each role, recruiting and cultivating talent, innovation, client service and relationship development were top priorities. In each role, I am proud to look back at meaningful accomplishments that helped significantly improve the business.
Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to work with and for some of the most well-known and well-respected organizations in the world. Having also had significant P&L responsibility for multiple organizations, I am, at the end of the day, an “HR guy” who really understands businesses because I’ve run them!
